At last google has officially launched their new product, Google Chrome. What is Google Chrome? Well, basically, it is a new browser made by Google team, you can read the description of the product at this comic-style characters drawn by Scott McLeod. If you are not comic-style person, you can head to Google’s official blog to read the announcement.

Since it is a Google product, so you will find it more to adapting Google’s behavior, such as this ‘one box for everything’ feature:

Since we spend so much time online, we began seriously thinking about what kind of browser could exist if you started from scratch and built on the best elements out there. We realized that the web had evolved from mainly simple text pages to rich, interactive applications and that we needed to completely rethink the browser. What we really needed was not just a browser, but also a modern platform for web pages and applications, and that’s what we set out to build.

Saw the download link on Google’s homepage today. Downloaded it right away and I absolutely love it. Minimalist design but highly functional and neat - a characteristic of Google.
Only thing I find strange is that even the word ‘Google’ is considered a spelling mistake and red marked!! LOL
