I guess some of you might have notice Mr Javo’s blog new appearances. Parallel with his new design, a contest has been run by Mr Javo to promote his new eBook and his new design. A lot of attractive prizes to grab! This is a long post with prizes list, Let’s have fun and enjoy Mr Javo’s contest.


What is this all about?..

How To Participate..

The winners will be chosen of a drawing using the service provided by Random.org. To take part in this drawing you need to sign up for Mr Javo’s newsletter.

By signing up and confirming your email , you will get 3 tickets!

You can also get TWO additional entries by writing about this contest in your blog, using the script provided here. Notice that you won’t get this 2 additional entries if you don’t sign up for the newsletter!

Another Contest To Participate

I stumbled upon a friend’s blog today and didn’t notice that he had a contest going on. He just installed a top commentator widget, and think that it would be great to award his top commentator by organizing a contest.  So, I’m about to share his contest with norhafidz.com readers. Hopefully you too can be part of the contest and at the same time, make friends! Here’s what you need to do for a chance to win some cool prizes from Otoo.com.

Basically, there’s not many things to do to win, as the purpose of the contest is for awarding top commentator, you just have to be a top commentator to be eligible to win. Taken from Otoo.com:

Earlier this month I posted about a contest which has been held by LifeisColourful.com owner. I am amazed with how many prizes that winners can possibly get, of course if they are lucky enough to wint. More than $3000 cash can be won and other great prizes such as easy wordpress and other great digital products. Click here for a list of the complete prizes.

I decided to join the contest and I managed to learn something throughout the competition. That is, by organizing a contest, you can gather a lot of attention from other bloggers to contribute to your blog and it is a nifty idea to promote your blog. Here’s why you too must start a competition for your blog.

Lifeiscolourful.com Contest Format

The owner of LifeisColourful.com create a format where every contestant must stumble, fave on technorati and create a post where some anchor texts addition is compulsory. These actions are favorable for the owner of the competition if they can get a lot of bloggers to compete. Stumble and technorati fave are good for traffic where anchor texts in a post is very good for search engine optimization.

But things might be harder if your contest is not attractive enough to summon bloggers to actually do that actions.

So, if you want to start a competition, here’s two simple and important things you can possibly implement to agglomerate the bloggers to join your competition:

  • Attractive prizes is a must.
  • Keep the rules simple.
