I am attracted to a post in Randa Clay’s blog about Do Follow and No Follow link attribute. What are these things? Well, It’s about a repulsive idea between the blog owners and the search engines. Almost all blogging platform is inserted with a code somewhere that enable this “nofollow” in order to stop comment spam and they’ll not be count as an inbound link. Most blog owners think that this “nofollow” thing is a not a nifty idea to appreciate their readers.
That’s exactly what Randa Clay is thinking, she started this campaign to fight the “nofollow” by establishing the idea of “Ifollow” movement. In addition, she designed some great “I Follow” logos. I am joining this movement to spread the link love! I’ve decided to put one of the logos in the post to show that I’m now with the movement.

What Can You Do About It?
You can join the movement and turn off the “nofollow” and start appreciating your readers. How to turn it off? Well, it is all depending on your blogging platform. If you are a WordPress user, you can download the plugin here (the instructions are provided on the page), see this page if you are a Moveable Typepad user and modify your template here if you are a blogger user.
You can get the wonderful logos from Randa Clay’s blog at her original I Follow post.

I finally get a chance to post on this blog after a long and busy examination week. Despite being busy, I a bit of my time learning how to create my own WordPress theme. Today, I finally understand why xhtml and CSS is a combination of an important language
. I would like to share with you guys what I learned so far.
Basically, a WordPress theme should comprise of 4 basic php files and a css file:
1) header.php
2) sidebar.php
3) index.php
4) footer. php
5) styles.css
That’s for a basic WordPress theme, you can have more php files for a more complicated theme, depends on its function. It takes me a day to understand and to code a ‘basic’ WordPress theme. Here’s the basic ruleof xhtml. ‘Close everything that you open, In orderly manner’. Here’s what I mean:

Learn more about xhtml. That’s all for the intro part. I’ll be posting more about coding your own WordPress in the next post.
I’ll be going to Tioman today, In case you missed my post, you can check the post about tioman. So I won’t have a chance to update the blog for the coming days, 3 days to be exact. I would be glad to post some of my experience in Tioman. Make sure you be here for the next update!

I was always asked by my friendly readers and bloggers where they can get a clean and nice design for their blogs, normally for free. I am a wordpress user so there is no problem on free themes. One of the regular places I went for themes is Topwpthemes.
I am also quite familiar with other blogging platform like Blogger.com. But, I discovered that this platform have less design compare to Wordpress. Eblogtemplates have a list of extremely well design, most of them are ideally converted from Wordpress themes.
You can even find Polaroid by Adii and Blogging Pro Template. The designs are quite interesting because most of them is from Wordpress.
Share your Free Blogger Templates and Free Wordpress Themes below if you’ve got any good sources.
